Actively strengthen Carqure's online reputation by encouraging satisfied customers to share positive reviews on digital platforms, identifying and resolving potential issues before they escalate, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain high service quality standards.
Develop and manage a high-performing network of partner garages by building strong, trust-based relationships and acting as a dedicated success partner. Support garage partners through onboarding, training, and ongoing guidance, ensuring they understand and adhere to Carqure's service standards.
