Role Objective

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via calls, messages, or digital channels to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs.
  • Provide accurate service recommendations and explain repair or maintenance options in a simple, customer-friendly manner.
  • Effectively handle objections by clearly communicating Carqure's value proposition related to quality, pricing, transparency, and convenience.
  • Convert customer inquiries into confirmed service bookings by building trust and confidence.

  • Help protect and enhance Carqure's brand reputation online.
